- Return Period
You may apply for a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the goods.
The goods must meet the following conditions:
The goods are unused and in brand new condition;
The packaging, labels, and accessories are complete;
The goods do not affect resale;
A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.
We reserve the right to refuse return requests for goods that do not meet the above conditions.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
Used, damaged, or man-made damaged goods;
Goods with severely damaged or missing packaging due to customer reasons;
Customized or personalized goods;
Clearance items or items specifically marked “Final Sale”;
Goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (such as opened pet care products, food, snacks, etc., unless otherwise stipulated by law). 3. Receiving the Wrong Product or a Quality Issue
If you receive:
The wrong product;
The product was damaged during shipping;
The product has a manufacturing defect;
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:
Order number;
Product photo;
Outer packaging photo (if applicable);
A description of the problem.
After verification, we will provide an exchange, replacement, or refund service based on the actual situation.
- Refund Method
Refunds will be processed after the returned goods are received and inspected.
For orders that meet the refund conditions after review, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Refunds usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment institution.
- Return Shipping Costs
Famwaz LLC will bear the return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues, wrong product shipment, or shipping damage.
For returns requested for personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong purchase, incorrect size selection, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs incurred on the original order (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.

- Refund Processing Time
After receiving the returned item, we will typically complete the inspection within 2–5 business days.
Once approved, a refund will be arranged immediately, and you will be notified of the refund processing result via email.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel it.
If your order has already entered the shipping process or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can apply for a return according to this policy after receiving the item.
